We carry parts in stock for nearly every one of the 7,500 pumps manufactured by Batescrew over the last fifty-plus years — servicing the entire range, right back to our pump number one. That archive is not closed: it is also available for adaptation and substitution into pumps no longer supported by other manufacturers.
If you have a pump in service that no one else will quote on — because the brand is gone, or the drawings are lost, or the parts have not been catalogued for thirty years — we will quote on it. We are uniquely equipped to re-manufacture any pump to at least as-new performance, and will negotiate extended warranty and service agreements on the result.
Our pump records are the most comprehensive in Australia. Pre-delivery of parts for planned maintenance is offered as standard.
The pump arrives, is photographed, weighed and tagged. A file is opened (or, if it is one of ours, re-opened). Original drawings are pulled from the archive.
Complete disassembly. Each part is measured against original tolerance and graded — re-use, repair, or replace. An inspection report is issued.
A line-item quotation goes back to you with the inspection report. Nothing is rebuilt without your sign-off on scope, parts and warranty terms.
Wear parts replaced from stock or re-made to drawing. Shafts straightened or new. Casings welded and re-bored. Impellers balanced. Reassembled to original specification.
Where required, the rebuilt pump runs in our AS2417 test bay. NATA-calibrated meters; certified performance curve issued with the pump.
Returned with a written warranty, parts list, and an open file in the Tocumwal archive. Planned-maintenance parts can be pre-delivered for the next service.
